#450 Abby
Hi everyone-
Today's image was shot back in September while in Savannah. It was a bit more difficult of a shot to pull off as we were coordinating Abby and three assistants all moving down a sidewalk.
Abby was walking and when she hit her mark was to turn around as if someone had actually called out her name. The three assistants were waking a long side in the grass. One had an SB800, one a SunBounce reflector to which the flash was aimed, and one a large scrim to hold back the real sun a bit.
It was a fun shot to create and pull off and we had a fun time doing so.
Have a great day!

Great job Brian!
Amazing that you were able to get such an incredibly sharp and well lit image of her face considering she was a moving target!
Well done!
Barry
This is a great portrait and unusual too. I like the angle of her body in the frame, her bright expression and the shallow depth of field. How many shots did it take to capture this one? It sounds complicated but the result is definitely worth it.

Nice lighting. It makes the photo have a light mood to it. I also enjoyed your "how I did it" write-up. Good work.
Really interesting image in the overall feel to it too. You get a taste of lensbaby and a taste of Lucis Art and HDR in the background, while at the same time keeping everything around her face nice and soft - really unusual and beautiful.
