Nikon D70 ISO 100 F22 exposure unrecorded, about 1 sec.

Well the inevidable has arrived. Today I return to work. So I decided to post an image of a place that I would rather be driving to this morning.

Shwabacher's Landing in Grand Teton National Park is one of the best places to spend your morning. It's quiet, tranquil and even spiritual.

To watch the sun rise on such a beautiful spot will cleans your soul. As the sun begins to rise and the color of a new day is painted on the the land before you, you feel all that burdens you washing away.

It is difficult for me to put into words the feeling of calm and serrenity that you develop while watching the sun rise from this most perfect spot.

What an absolutely beautiful place to spend an early morning. Love the colors of the sky and how they help define the landscape. Stunning shot!
