Hi everyone,
Sorry the post is a little late today. I spent most of my afternoon and evening removing the terrible XP Antivirus 2008 virus from my computer. What a pain in the you know what.
The image from today was ready as I had just re-processed it from its original processing to bring out more color and light for this weekends show.
Since I didn't have the energy to get something else ready last night I thought I'd post this and do Skywatch a day early (from when I normally do it). For those of you who don't know Skywatch Friday starts based on GMT and that means its still actually Thursday where I am. I'll still mostly post on Friday proper (York, PA)but occasionally you'll get any early one.
This image was shot on Memorial Day 2007 on the south rim of the Grand Canyon. I had just gotten to the park and secured the last available campsite on the whole south rim. I raced up to the rim and was able to catch this cool sunset.
It was a stormy sky but there was no storm, it remained quiet and peaceful.
