Glacier On My Mind...
Nikon D2x, ISO 200, f22 @ 1/6th. Several exposures blended in Photoshop.
I shot this image this summer while on vacation in Montana.
We traveled to Glacier for the day and were on our way back over the Going To The Sun Highway when I spotted this nice water fall just before sunset.
I had just a few minutes to get the shot as we had a car load of people and a tired baby girl. So I jumped out placed the camera on the small rock wall and shot a few images bracketing in both directions. I was a bit nervous about not using the tripod but I thought it would be ok as I still used the cable release. About a minute later I was back on my way.
Once we got back I took the best parts of all the images and blended them together for the final image.

Brian, Great waterfall. Love the feeling of motion and the hint of the sky.
I love the height that you captured - really shows the power of the waterfall. Gorgeous shot!
