Sorry for the delay in getting todays images up but I did not have internet access last night.
This images was shot during a multi alarm fire at a vetrinary clininc. In it a firefighter is communicating with others on the ground. The few seconds that he stopped while climbing the ladder made for a nice environmental portrait.
The shot was then manipulated in photoshop to get the fininshed product.

Nice. Looks almost like a painting. Were the animals OK?
The animals were actually in a new edition to the building which was attached but seperated by a firewall from the older font section.
There was a little bit of smoke but they were never in any real danger.
I like the title!
Most people might not get it.
