Happy Valentines Day.

Today's image was shot along the Gardner River in Yellowstone National Park. The fall in this area is just spectacular. The colors of the leaves can be anywhere from green through yellow, red and fiery orange.

Combine those colors with the cool aqua greens of the rivers and the sites are amazing.

I so wish we had rivers that looked like this on the east coast. The rivers and creeks and their canyons and colors are one of my favorite things about the west.
