Hi everyone-

Today's images were shot in Yellowstone just south of Swan Lake Flats. This black bear had taken down an elk calf shortly before these images were shot. It had the calf hidden in the woods and when not eating it it kept a constant watch around the area.

During the times when the bear was looking around I was able to get these shots. I didn't stay very long because it was raining pretty hard and quite cold.
